Where we've been.
Zubie was formed in 2012 as a joint venture between innovative retailer Best Buy and mobile-centric venture firm Open Air Equity Partners. Beginning with a focus on connected car applications for consumers, Zubie has since expanded into providing powerful custom telematics and data services for insurance carriers, fleets of all sizes, and automotive dealerships, service centers, and auto manufacturers.
Who's driving innovation

Gary Tucker, CEO
Gary has more than 30 years of auto industry experience. Prior to joining Zubie he led the growth and exit strategy for DealerRater resulting in a sale to Cars.com in 2016. He spent 12+ years as an executive at JD Power, a leading market research firm, and has held executive positions with GE Capital and American Isuzu. He started in his career in automotive retail spending 10 years leading a dealership. He has a proven track record of building high performing teams and delivering growth.

Chad Caswell, CTO
Chad has been delivering cloud-based SaaS technology and product solutions for the past 20+ years. Prior to joining Zubie he was vice president, technology and operations for Insite Software. While there, he ran InsiteCommerce, a globally recognized B2B commerce application by Forrester Research and Gartner. He also founded FeePay, a Tekne award-winning education payment SaaS platform that supported 2.5M users in 36 states and 10 countries across web, native mobile, web back office and native mobile retail.

Mark Novak, Chief Revenue Officer

Natasha Tandeski, Director of Finance Operations
Bringing more than 20 years of financial experience to the leadership team, Natasha is Zubie’s Director of Finance Operations. Prior to joining Zubie, Natasha led the accounting operations for SPS Commerce, a leading global provider of cloud-based supply chain management software to retailers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. Additionally, Natasha was a financial leader at Rust Consulting, where she led the tax preparation and financial tracking of class action lawsuit settlements valued at more than $4B dollars.

Mike Ingson, VP Engineering
Michael is an award-winning development executive specializing in launching cloud-based and data intensive software systems. Michael led the creation of Clickable, a 2007 TechCrunch 40 company, delivering a data-driven search engine optimization and management platform and has implemented several large-scale e-commerce systems. He was also a founding partner and VP of Technology at Scientia Technologies, a home automation and control company. That company’s flagship product won the prestigious CES Best of Innovations award in 2003.
