Zubie Limited Warranty

Zubie, Inc. (“Zubie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Limited Warranty to describe the terms and conditions applicable to hardware products purchased from us or our authorized partners. This Warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Warranty Coverage

Zubie warrants that its hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original delivery.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Zubie will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product,
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:

• Devices delivered more than one (1) year prior to the warranty claim.
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or environmental exposure (e.g., moisture, heat, impact).
• Cosmetic damage that does not impair device functionality.
• Consumable components or accessories subject to normal wear and tear.

3. Eligible Hardware

This Warranty applies to all Zubie-branded hardware, including but not limited to:

• Telematics devices
• Dashcams
• Asset trackers
• Smoke detection units
• Accessory cables and embedded components

Replacements may be refurbished or functionally equivalent models. Zubie reserves the exclusive right to determine warranty eligibility.

4. Obtaining Warranty Service

To request service under this Warranty:

1. Contact Zubie Support at support@zubie.com.
2. Provide a valid proof of purchase and device serial number.
3. Follow the return or troubleshooting procedures as advised by our support team.

5. Out-of-Warranty Support

If your product is no longer covered under the Limited Warranty, Zubie offers out-of-warranty replacement options. Contact our support team to learn more about available solutions.

6. Additional Terms

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

The remedies described above are your exclusive remedies under this Warranty.

Zubie disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations described in Zubie’s Terms of Use (https://zubie.com/terms-of-use/), including:

• Limitations of liability
• Binding arbitration and dispute resolution provisions
